We are a property which caters to fishermen and their families. Feel free to compare our property to other properties who advertise lower room only rates and you will see that we are also a good value.

Blue Marlin Cove rents large 1,100 square foot condominiums each with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bath rooms units with a maximum occupancy of 4 people exceptions for children please call)). These are full size condominiums not small hotel rooms. The units are furnished differently but normally have a queen sized bed and 2 full sized beds, full kitchens (utensils are not provided) and all appliances including a plasma TV with cable, refrigerator, microwave oven, icemaker and washer & dryer. The building was completed in late 2007, so the property is new and comfortable.

A slip in the marina for your boat which has water and 120 volt 20 amp service is available. The marina is a private, gated marina with 24 hour security and remotely monitored CCTV for your peace of mind.

In addition you have full use of the Blue Marlin Cove facilities which include the following items, all of which are complimentary, except where noted:

* Lounge for socializing and relaxing après fishing
* Game room for kids of all ages.
* High speed wireless internet so you can access your e-mail account.
* BBQ area in the patio with gas grills, charcoal grills and a commercial kitchen with a deep fryer where you can cook your catch on site.
* A large pool, spa and patio area
* Airport Transfers (Surcharge required and subject to availability)

The condominiums are available for rent for $250.00 per night without catering. A slip is available for $100 per night. A 5 day cancellation notice must be provided to avoid a credit card charge. However, in the event of bad weather we will accept a 24 hour cancellation notice without any charge provided that you telephone me at the below referenced number. Long term (30+ days) are available upon request. (Prices are subject to change until a reservation is made and certain holidays and events are extra).

There is a fuel dock at the West End Port of Entry located approximately 3 miles west of Blue Marlin Cove. Guests arriving from the US must clear customs at this Port of Entry; fuel can be obtained at the same time, which will allow you more fishing time.

When you arrive at the Blue Marlin Cove, stay to the right of channel centerline. The channel has approximately 7 feet of water and the harbor has a 10 foot depth at low tide. The tide range is typically 2 to 3 feet. Dock lines and hoses are provided. We monitor VHF channel 16.
